- Unnecessary time
spent in training on topics most people
already know. If nearly everyone gets
correct answers to a question both before
and after the training, then you may be

Developing Custom Aptitude

usually with 2-5 possible choices. You determine
which answer is either Totally Correct or Most
Correct. If a secondary answer is acceptable, but
not the best choice, you can indicate that to
program and it will score half as many points for
the secondary answer rather than 0 points as if
it were completely wrong.
You may even weight the
questions by assigning more available points to
correct answers in key knowledge areas, and less
in those that should be more common knowledge.
