PERSONALITY TESTING

The concept of four basic personality types dates back to ancient
Greece, where Hypocrites labeled the four (4) personality types as
"Sanguine", "Phlegmatic",
"Melancholy", and "Choleric". Over
the centuries, these descriptions have become more refined, but
most personality testing systems on the market today still
largely describe these four temperaments.
For simplicity, we refer to the four types as "A", "B", "C" and
"D". Each has its own strengths and weaknesses as well as
various traits that are often exhibited. None of us are ALL one

usually one, sometimes two, that we draw from most often, and knowing

always drove Felix crazy as his perception of organization was
more precise, neat and orderly. Perhaps the Oscars of the world
may get a lot done because they don't take the time to file and
organize, just as the Felixes of the world are needed in order to
keep everything straight.
The same applies in your company.

wants to see people and take orders. It's the age-old problem where
successful sales people are often charge-ahead drivers and motivator
personality types, but those types tend to be more messy than their
detail oriented or "by the rule" counterparts.
